    Warm up with 100 jumping air squats

    Workout of the day...

    You’ll need two dumbbells for this workout

    Run 1 mile
    100 hammer curls
    100 dumbbell rows
    100 pushups
    Run 1/2 mile

    Kinda a modified Murph workout. This one is tough!
