Is this from twisting ? and how often ? What you want to do is get in touch with an orthopedic surgen before your knee problems snowball. I had my kneecap dislocated when I played soccer in germany when I was 22, and from then on my knee would slip outta the socket when I least expected it at times which can be scary. Even (if) you your doc does go in to look and performs (some) corrective like I had which was a lil meniscus de- burr, you'll be out in maby three hours. Yes, its gonna hurt and be swoll for a few weeks..... Dont wait till you get any older bro.

Jesus...why dont people go and see docs more often. Your leg is important bro. If one morning you were having sex and your penis bent in half and hurt real bad and then you straightened it out and it was ok, you would be at the docs in 10 minutes. Put things in perspective man...dont be afraid to go to the doc.
