    ok so say oack day heavy back day Ill do 1-2 light biceps sets afterwards. The Bicep day heavy sets then ill do all my back exercises light 3x 10 ..chest .ive seen a big change in growth and definition by going heavy light then light heavy. Hvent incorperated any other Body parts yet ecause I'm there a long time but it works
