    Warm up...
    1 mile run

    Strength for today
    Every minute on the minute for 20 minutes..
    5 strict shoulder press (135lb men/95 women)

    Workout of the day
    6 rounds for time

    6 handstand push-ups
    6 box jumps
    150 meter sprint

      No I will not try that thank you. that right there is a real *****. that 150 m sprint KILLS!. People do not understand how far that is to sprint, then back to HS pushups and box jumps. 24" when you are fresh is easy, after sprinting a couple of times..........watch those shins.
