  • Back at it! Jan 5

    Took a month break from the Crossfit to just concentrate on lifting.
    Now it's back to it!

    Warm up
    50 burpees
    40 airsquats
    30 push-ups
    20 pull-ups
    10 calorie row

    Workout of the day
    "Grace"
    30 clean and jerks (135men/95women)
    Sprint for time but good form!
    Put your time in the comments if you try it!

            YEAH! I am exhausted just imagining this and burpees are a freaking killer. Effective but 50? Yikes! You go guy
