Used to love basic military press but my joints cant handle that anymore. Also loved lateral raises and cant do those either. Whats been working great is palms forward dumbell presses where I keep my elbows back and just arc the dumbells over my head. Its not a full range movement but it isolates the hell out of my delt heads. Ive been adding muscle to my delts with those. I throw in upright rows once in a while and the seated press machine at the gym. Thats it. I have to be careful with my shoulder joints or they will hurt like hell

if you really want to torch your front delts, side delts, and upper chest start your presses at a low angle and each set increase the angle slightly for every set as far upright as you can go without pain. you can use your max tut form for this too. fire man.
