  • Ading some CrossFit Exercises

    Each day when I woprk out I do a couple crossfit exercises after I;m finished working out. Goal is to do alotof crossfit type workouts. My cardio sucks and need to get that better

        Good job Fuzo! Since I got back I've my plan is to do Crossfit for 3 weeks, then one week of good old fashioned hitting the gym
