If you are having trouble staying logged in when navigating between forums/topics/etc., you need to reset your session cookie. Go into your browser and delete any cookie for the site them log back in. This should fix the login issue.
Is 5 mgs. max safe dose per week or can I go up a little bit? Is there additional benefit to a few more mgs? I already had some delt/outer trap issue and felt a little better and looser when a kid tried to take an illegal turn across 3 lanes and plowed into my front end. Now I've got neck, inner traps and mid back pain and stiffness. Haven't missed a workout though (probably 'cause I'm tapped!!).
i'm in 5th week of 6 running the TB500 at 5mgs twice per week. the PT that i've been working with post surgery for my torn rotator cuff has been very surprised and happy with the ROM and the continual increase in range each visit .she said they like to see a 3-4 degree increase in the range of motion. i've been averaging 6-10 degrees each visit to the point that this past monday the chief PT did my assessment and said dude, you're doing so great that we only need to see you once a week instead of twice and cancelled my weds appointment. i see the surgeon for 12 week follow up dec 21 and PT is sure with the great process made i'll get green light to start strengthening with weights to be on my way back to the gym full time. not sure if more would be better but 5mg 2x week has been instrumental along with the steady 4-5 times day stretching and performing the prescribed rehab exercises. IMHO this stuff is akin to the rule of thumb in all bodybuilding, just because 1 is good doesn't translate into 10 is better.

tB 500 helped me a lot when I had acl replacement years ago... I can't remember what dosing I used but I always start low and work up...shots were painful lol but healing faster was worth it.
There are some really scary cancer sides with it so use it and get off it asap!
