Or is it just for fun? Lots of variables here. When you do decide, no matter what form, like someone else said keep a fast carb close by or make sure you are eating every 3 hours or hypoglycemia can set in fast.
I have some igf-1 lr3. I'm not new to igf but it's been awhile. I prefer gh and the last time I ran igf I seemed to drop my sugar fast like I was running insulin.

So wrench? Pre or post workout?

Like smiley said I perfer it before. We got into this in another thread here about lr3 pre workout blunting mgf. So some will suggest post workout. I haven't found anything that supports lr3 blunting mgf. It's really a personal preference. If dosing pre workout, I always consume some waxy maize during my workout. The waxy will help keep your sugar levels up.
