Been on it about a week or so...not much in the way of progress. I am about a 2 or 3 in skin tone, well not hardly a 3 but more than a 2

Interesting, I didn't know MT2 promoted deeper sleep!

It's an interesting experience - generally MT2 is not known to promote sleep (it can however increase histamine response particularly upon initiating use & have other effects on energy balance...lots of peripherals with the far reaching melanocortin agonist Melanotan 2 peptide)
