If you are having trouble staying logged in when navigating between forums/topics/etc., you need to reset your session cookie. Go into your browser and delete any cookie for the site them log back in. This should fix the login issue.
Helios is Clen and Yohimbe.. A lot of guys do claim better results with multiple injection micro dosing over one large injection. Personally, I would split the dose and do half Right love handle and half left.
Start low with this the dosing.. like .25 or .5ml and work your way up, just like using oral clen. I wouldn't recommend you go past 1-2ml or so depending on how it's dosed. I beleive the most common is 40mcg/ml of clen and 5.4mg Yohimbe.
Frag is great.. but it's a much slower process. A long term commitment. For the price, I would look in to using a GHRP/GHRH combo before I would choose Frag. 200mcg-250mcgs of GHRP paired with 100-150mcgs of GHRH. Administered 3x per day.. early am, Post workout and prior to bed.
Im curious if anyone has any experience with helios. I was looking up stuff lastnight and i wasnt seeing people having the best results from it, they said it just left them all bruised and they were disappointed but ive always been interested in it.

I haven't used it in a while.. but if you can find quality Helios.. it does work very fast and well. I wouldn't even be able to point you in the direction to get some these days though. I'm not sure if any of our sponsors carry it or not.
