There are a ton of different views and opinions in regards to this subject.. the following is my humble opinion.
I've been seeing an ever growing trend of increased dosing of GHRP's and GHRH's. I just wanted to take a moment and bring a few things to light for everyone.
The GHRP/GHRH combo, as everyone knows, stimulates your pituitary gland to secrete a pulse of endogenous Growth Hormone. Normally this process only occurs during the first 2 hours of REM sleep. Each time you administer the combo, you are creating an additional pulse of Hormone release.
The pituitary takes anywhere from 2-3 hours to "recharge", if you will, after it releases it's contents. For that reason, I usually recommend a 3 hour window as the minimum time between administrations.
Here's where we get to the dosing...
Your pituitary gland is only going to create and store so much Growth hormone. So, at a certain point, upping your dose is not going to accomplish much. Once the gland has been completely released, there is nothing left to gain. IMO, based on personally experimentation and research, I would comfortably put that max dose right around 400mcg's of GHRP per administration.. I would also recommend keeping your GHRH at 100-200mcg's.
If you desire "more" out of your research..
I recommend that you introduce additional administrations rather than increasing your dose any higher. Again, be sure to have 2-3 hours between each administration.
