well i am double the 3ft. and not grossly overweight, just don't like the fat around my belly and sides and want to be just a little cut up! I am working on it.

I am currently 185lb. on day 10 using 100mcg. I think my legs are sliming up just a tad but probably due to all the running, I think it is going to take a while to start seeing good results from the Clen b/c of my schedule BUT my body temp is staying slightly elevated during the day so I know it has got to be burning something!

Well..my name is Michelle first off and I am NOT crazy..I know what im doing...Ive done it b4 sub-q. Of course you can not do as much because it goes directly into your bloodstream, but it hits you fast and much more powerful, so i will very slowly ramp it up when doing that way. I do it when ive reached a plateau. I do not run as high a dosage as a guy would of course.

Sorry Michelle, I didn't mean anything bad by the crazy remark, just a little sarcasm. You are deffinantly more brave then I, I don't think I could inj. a stimulant at all just in fear of taking too much on the first dose. Oh, and you deffinantly know more about all this than me, i will not doubt anyone until they give me good reason.

I usually start off on the lowest dosage whichis 20mcg for me..thing is it really it really IS effective this way and more potent initially..goes directly into your bloodstream..but it def isnt for the leary..Ive experimented alot so i know what i can tolerate, but i will ramp it up to about 80mcg and thats about it for me doing it sub-q as it like i said hits you pretty quickly especially the first time you do it. Btw, you do not offend me..I just prefer being called Michelle lol I hate Chelle or when ppl call me Shelly..cant stand that name..but all good here. Not hormonal, haha
Note..ive done it with primo with even better results..that is if you are lookin to get lean muscle and not goin for alot of bulk..I just do primo with it tho, no test for sure, but you could add prop and that would be a cool combo for a lean mass cycle.
I think i will look into your combo, what else do you recommend as a combo or just what you stated? My second week is almost over (tomorrow) and I am going to try some Yohimbine like firstenrgy suggested for the next two weeks until look into and located some of what you have suggested. I want a lean look right now and toward the end of the year or first of 2012 I want to start bulking again, I think once I lean out and run another bulk cycle with proper diet I will be even happier with my results! Basically I want "cute" replaced with "sexy!" lol

got some Yohimbine today, gonna take 1 capsule in the morning and hope for the best. this stuff has 2.5mg of Yohimbine HCI per capsule and it recommends 1-2 capsule daily, how potent can this stuff be and how can it affect me? it is probably too late tonite to get an answer so i will look for responses in the morning before throwin back some Yohimbine!

it is hard to beat a good diet though, i keep my fingers crossed and try to stay away from mirrors in hopes of the mid section trim itself up the most!

well, finished my 2 weeks of Yohimbine HCI and start with my Clen again tomorrow. Maybe my body needed more time with the Yohimbine, but i really didn't notice any changes. I am thinking i might go 1 week on 1 week off with the Clen but i am not sure yet. Gonna start out with 40mcg's this time instead of 20 also.

I will have a cup of oatmeal (rolled whole oats) with some sugarless maple syrup and a pre workout protien shake in the am b4 working out, sometimes i will have alittle mango or pineapple for digestion..and healing/recovery. I drink a cap full of Goji juice which is a very good antioxidant also in the am once a day with taking my supplements also at breakfast. I take another protien shake with a chicken salad or tuna for lunch..I stay away from pasta/simple carbs, sugar, bad fats and sodium..Everything else is good..like poultry, lean beef, or fish..If you just take out the above and just eat clean..its pretty easy. Putting the liquid clen or the oral Hubei under the tounge (sublingual) absorbs into the bloodstream and bypasses the liver, so yu will get more of the drug into your body, but you must not drink anything for about a half har after putting it under the tongue so as to not ingest it..It will work better. I also will do it sub-q if it is the liquid, but be aware that you really have to start of low to see how your react..Make sure you have an EKG imo b4 starting clen..Not an expensive procedure..just to be on the safe side. I also do a ton of cardio that will help greatly with reducing bf..Im ocd on it, so i wont even bother saying how much i do, lol..you wil think im totally crazy haha! Good luck!
