WHY DO DOCS ONLY LIKE TO WRITE A SCRIPT FOR TEST FOR 200MG. WHEN MEN REACH THERE 40'S THERE TEST PRODUCTION REALLY GOES DOWN SO I WOULD THINK THEY WOULD INCREASE THE DOSAGE

well, is 200mg already what we produce a or peak or is it even more? if it's the same or more at 200mg i don't see why a doc would increase the dose. i know want more then tha.... much more, lol.

Well, the doc should be testing your blood to see when you get to a steady blood level. This includes all the other blood work (WBC, RBC, HGB, HCT, MCV, LDL, HDL and others). I go in for blood tests every 6 months.. 200mg seems to give the best bang without the possible sides that occur when increased above that (Which is why we do 10-12wk cycles to help the body recover afterward).
Does this make sense... Of course.. the nature of our game we want more... But is it prudent for a long stint of time?

That is the standard dosage for blood plasma levels to be at the..what most endo's consider the normal range for an adult male. Some will only give 200mg eow, so 200mg a wk is actually quite effective. They are not looking at it as a bodybuilders dosage haha..

my friend's doc is prescribing him 200 every 12 days...not sure where that came from!

If your using your health insurance for HRT, your doc can't justify prescribing you more Test than what is needed to get you above the lower end of normal which is 220.
My Test level was 176 and with 150mg EOW(yeh I know), it brought me up to 216, still below normal. She then bumped it up to 200 EOW and referred me to a Endo which I am waiting on a appointment now.
Hopefully, my endo is cool about it all.

dont these doctors know that 200mg eow is not enough to get the levels of men in there 40'sr 50's close to there right range. It should be taken every week

Yea it def seems like that would be the case. Especially for men in their 40s or 50s. Test production has def slowed by then and would need to have a kicker.

I've been on 200mg Test Cyp for serveral years per my Dr. to keep my levels between 500-800 and my insurance pays for it. The ranges set be the lag dont; mean squat and your Dr. can keep you well above the lower limit

hey Fuzo if I was your Doc I would hook you up with a gram a week.......but that is only because you have such a pretty smile.
