just ending 19day run...i planned a 14day run but some how i got fuked up and i'll end tomarrow on day 19.
i realized today that the 1/2hr wait time is no joke!! i have been taking my dose (ramped up, then back down) upon waking, then start the coffee pot and then have a cup after it brews...i wasnt waiting the full 1/2hr. i didnt think it would make that big of a diff. but after today i know it does. only one other time i felt, just about, what i felt today. that time was on 1 full pill, this time on a 1/2!!!
both times i was delayed in starting the coffee pot. the last time there was probobly a 20min wait before coffee...this time about 40mins.
today, with 1/2 a pill about 1hr after taking, i was sitting at the computer and started feeling my face getting a little flush. its started feeling very hot and the sesation was working down my neck, over my shoulders. i got up and went into the bathroom and stood in front of the mirror. as the sensation moved down my chest, stomach, ass and legs, i was watching my skin turn red like a sunburn. my whole body was feeling hot and tingly. i had to take a shower anyway, so i did that and when i got out, i could still feel it. when i started typing this, the sensation was just starting to subside a little, but i can still feel it and i am still very red.
the other time, on 1 full pill, i only felt this A LITTLE BIT through my face and shoulders. that was it and it went away kinda quick.
this time i was a little freaked out but not real bad.
def. wait the 1/2 hr. i will be done after tomarrow, but i will start in 2 weeks...cant wait to see what a full 1/2hr does through the whole run!!!
(this was on only 1 half!!!)
