  • Changing GH

I have been doing 6IU's a day for a while now. Fat loss is happening but I am going to condense my usage. 6 IU's a day x 5 days a week is 30 IU's a day. I'm thinking of trying 10 IU's a day but 3 days a week.
I know some will say wayy too much. I'm 270 lbs, I think I can handle a bit more than a 200lb man could.

    What do you think???

i think your totally ok bro, the E3D routine is gaining popularity. I have been using 2iu's a day for health purposes for a year or so, but now I do a 5iu every third day and it seems to be much more affective.

Are you sure you have legit stuff? I can't go on more than 6'iu's (I normally run 4iu's 5 on 2 off) without having side effects.

It's from China, Generic blue tops. I was sent the lab Analysis when I requested it. The company has a website and makes numorous products but not hormones. I would think the guy would sell hormones to to make the cash if he was faking it. I've asked several times and doesn't have or won't get it.From what I can tell, his company makes the GH.

I get the sides like crampy hands and after about 2-3 mos. of usage there was no doubt that I was dropping body fat and I'm not real big on hard core dieting so yeh, I'm convinced it's legit.

I get some hand cramps but I like the feeling. Again, body weight must have some affect on dosage. I figure at 275lbs I can handle a few extra IU's.

                Re: Changing GH

I don't know if it will be as beneficial. GH has a very short half life. So, there would be two arguements to consider. One, is it better to have a really high dose three days a week or have a slightly lower dose but for five days a week.

Let's look at dbol for an example. I know guys that SWEAR you must divide it up through out the day to keep blood levels somewhat consistant. Ok, that makes sense. But, I've also been told by several guys I respect that they would take their entire daily dose before the gym. This way, when they would train and their body was starving for nutrients after the workout, the blood levels would be very high with dbol. Ok, that could make sense too.

But, what is 'best' for the body? In my opinion, it would be best to keep the level consistant five days a week. I think it would be more beneficial because the half life of GH is very short and although you would get those really high doses.....it's only for a coulpe hours and then there's no more for 48 hours. I personally would treat it like T-3 and make sure there are steady levels so that I didn't mess up my natty GH release.
I used to have superhuman powers....until my therapist took them away.

I see your point but you can't really keep your GH levels constant. Unlike say your Test levels which more or less remain constant, your GH levels constantly spike throughout the day and peak while sleeping. It would be imposs. to keep them constant.

I guess the question is this. If I do the traditional way and spread it out over 5 days with 1 or 2 injections daily, all your really doing is spiking your GH 2 more times a day but at a lower level not peaking.
If I take my GH weekly dose and condense it into 3 days, I'm going to spike my GH to a much higher level than before, plus I am giving my system 4 days to recover per week rather than 2 days per week.
Now knowing that tissue growth from GH at lower levels(2-4 IU's)daily is very slow coming, I would think that my tissue growth from 10 IU's a day would be considerably greater.

Well theres 2 schools of thought here and both make since.
                  Opinions?????

You definantly don't want to take it before sleep. Your body will naturally spike it's GH when your sleeping anyways.
By taking itprior to sleep, your keeping your body's natural spike from happening.

                          Re: Changing GH

Absolutely. Your GH peaks in your late teens, early 20's and its all downhill from there esp. over 40.

Again no. As an "older folk" your GH will still spike at night but to a lower level. Let this happen alone.
Take GH in the morning or preworkout so your GH spikes again. What you want is more spikes. Thats why some do daily injections x2. Morning and afternoon due to the half life.
