IGF-1 Question

Got my IGF a few days ago...i haven't mixed it yet so do i have to refrigerate it??? ....I know i will have to after mixing but will it be okay until then???

...also i got the freezable reusable ice cube things and a lunch kit and will be changing it out in my closet. My roomate are not cool with that kind of stuff in the frig so any tips on keepin it good other than what i have suggested? Never tried this method before

Anybody know the procedure for changin out the icepacks???
I was thinkin just keep the stuff in the lunchkit and change out the ice once a day in the morning...

i read an article a long time ago and once you mix it you can keep at at room temp for 30 days with no harm to the product.
