My goals are to loose body fat and im debating whether to run t3. I've been reading alot on t3, but still have a few questions. I dont like the cramps associated with clen, does t3 cause the same cramps? Also ive read t3 burns calories and a lot of people loose muscle because of overdoing cardio. So if on t3 how much is enough cardio? Im 21yrs old, 200lbs, 15%BF. My diet is on target for cutting.

YoungN. This is a tough one to answer because people utilize T4/T3 differently. One persons 50mcgs is anothers 100mcgs. The greatest risk when using T3 is heart palputation/arythmia. This usually is from either ramping up too quickly or excessive dosages. I would only stay on 4 weeks otherwise you risk permanant shutdown of your thyroid. I would try to go up to 100mcgs and ramp up as quickly as possible but also to avoid side effects. I like
25,25,50,50,75,75,100 day7-day21 then 50,50,25,25,12.5,12.5,12.5,12.5. People have many opinions on this but this way you get 2 full weeks at max dose.
What to expect. Don't expect miracles. It will effect your metabolism 15% at best. Don't worry about too much cardio, don't worry about muscle wasting. firstenergy when u say dont worry about cardio do u mean dont do it or dont worry about possible muscle cause of doing it. right now im doing cardio 5x per week for 30min at a moderate-fast pace. would that be too much while on t3?Im gonna get so big I cant dress myself

usually on t3, u can eat high calories and u should not worry at all but cut lil carbs and fat too see a faster resultsIm gonna get so big I cant dress myself
