She jogged regularly 5 years ago before a back injury forced her to quit. She naturally went with me to the gym and AAS was the next step AFTER me explaining what the sides might be. She also has been involved in karate for the last 4 months and has taken 4 1st-place trophies in statewide competition in that time. I guess she has chosen that lifestyle for the same general reasons the rest of us on this board have.Originally posted by Deno View Post
