Well, from the research I've done, GH has a very short half life, like 1.5 to 2 hours so if you take a shot in the early AM, another at late afternoon or early evening, your natural Gh will still release when you are asleep. All the research I did specifically states NOT to take late PM shots due to the fact it will restrict your natural GH release when you sleep. So, it seems to me that GH will only effect GH release if taken at night but if one is smart and takes their two doses earlier, they get a thrid release for free when they sleep.

Okay, you answered my question for another post! so taking GH doesnt shut your natural GH down? So its not like AAS then I take it...thx
