    im just looking to shed the BF right now, not to do a major cycle. Im 190lbs and im 5'7. Ive got the size but i want the six cutness. Would cycling clen and ephedrine every two weeks while running test prop be sufficent. Anything else i could throw in?

      I said it before and I will say it agin. Test Prop, winny and T3!!! You can add the clen or ephedrine if you want alternating them during your 2week off periods. I don't like the increased heart rate, but if you don't mind add it.

        m1-t is aout the worst thing you could run alone, or for a bridge(although i dont agree with the term "bridge"at all)....It shuts you down very hard..similar to tren.
