  • IGF-1 and nacl

Just a quick question. after the igf is reconstituted how much nacl should I add to my shot to ease the burn? I have done a good ammount of research and for some reason have not come across a definite answer. I have the igf from our sponsor, so I have 10ml of nacl Any help and past experiences would be greatly appreciated. Ill be using 40mcgs on workout days as this is my first time. Ill also be splitting that in half for each bi, for bi workouts, each shoulder for shoulder workouts and each pec for pec workouts. Thanks so much everyone.

try it without any water first and see if it burns much. If not just go without it but i usually pull my iGF in and then fill 3/4 the pin up with the water. It doesnt matter. You can fill the rest or the pin up with water after you pull IGF in if you like. Its all good both ways.

Thanks so much Rols, I thought if I added too much nacl I might throw the ph off or if I added too little or none at all it would burn my muscle. Youve helped me as now I know I can just balance it out if I end up using the nacl and it would make it easier to measure the right ammount per bi,shoulder, or pec.

Like Rols said, Try it without it. I think all the hype about the burn is total bs. Be a man, just stick it without it. I ran the last two cycles with igf and loved the results and I didn't ever add water. I was totally psyched after poking my bi's, tri's, and pec's....great pumps and loved the lean look that I got along with running my hgh, tren, cyp, and eq.

Thats what I like to hear! This is my first time using it, my body loves the sauce so hopefully it will love the extra cells, and I hope to lean well with it as my diet has been strict as f*ck. I'm around 10% bf right now give or take a few %'s.

Any thoughts on diet I rarely take in any high glycemic carbs, (only once every so many days to replenish glycogen stores) but once I start the igf-1 I was thinking about having say a gatorade or something that was high glycemic after my workouts.

For the origional question, always take double the amount of the IGF. For example if you draw IGF to the 4th line on a 1cc slin pin draw nacl to the 12th mark on the syringe. I find it to burn a little either way you do it, but the nacl is there to help prevent soft tissue necrosis in the cub-q layer of skin, Not neccessarly to prevent burn.

use the nacl at least 1/1. 2/1 is better.

it is not about the burn, it is about preventing possible tissue necrosis from the acid

Im gna double the nacl like chaos said. I don't want it to be too late if i inject and it starts to burn my tissue. I'm gonna do 2:1 like said plus the larger volume of liquid substance (even though it will be such a lttle ammount compared to spot injecting AAS) will inflate the muscle and stretch the facia more. thanks so much.
