  • hGH Timeline

I am curious what you saw while using hGH and at what time. Please state what kind of hGH you are using and at what dose. Also, if you are using AAS please include that as well.

Here is what I am experiencing thus far using 4iu per day (blue tops):

Week 1-2 - nothing (I know hGH takes quite a while to get going)

Week 3-4 - better sleep, swolen fingers, occasional numbness of hands, up about 3-5 lbs. (I don't think I can directly attribute this to the blue tops)

Week 5 - better sleep, swolen fingers, occasional numbness of hands, up about 3-5 lbs., appear to have less BF*

*does this seem in line with what you are seeing in week 5?

I will post updates as time progresses.

        Re: hGH Timeline

I have used jino for 6 months and blue top for 6 months as well....

Jino: week1-2: nada, just lil water
week2-7: pain in elbows, wrists, ankle, knees, numbess while i was sleeping, hands were puffy, hair was growing super fast and my nails as well.....
week 7 and after, the pain subsided, and density started to show after week 7.....strength came down the road, face was clear from zits and pimple.....
i was having short breath due a lot of water from gh since i was bulking up wt heavy androgenic compounds..... and for sure after week 4, beef started to melt,.
week 8, my skin got tight all over and started to have the turtle gut....

blue top, i got same results but i never had pain at all or numbness.....

if u eat a lot of sodium and salt wt gh, u will hold water and if not , u wont hold as much...
but like i said, i was bulking up when i took growth...

all my dosages were at 4 ius a day, 5 days on and 2 days off.....

Week 6 - swolen fingers, occasional numbness of hands, up about 3-5 lbs., appear to have less BF, lethargy

No more welts at all this week. Not sure why but I am cool with it.

Not as bad today. Last week it was kicking my ass and affecting my workouts.

Wierd thing is that the welts went away this week as well.

I am going to start up on some prop and npp in about a week or so. I am looking forward to putting on some size and losing some fat.

                      Re: hGH Timeline

Blue Tops for about 3 months very painfull in the elbow joints at nite, and hand numbness. the joint pain in the elbows at nite was sometimes unbearable even when taking ibuprofen and glucosomine/condroitin. I started at 2IU then up to 4IU pain was too bad went back down to 2 then 3, then 4 pain again so i swithched to Jino. Much better, less pain, but still felt the bf loss etc. My sleep tho was unchanged, not any better i still take val at nite, lol! Overall, iam not to satisfied with the kind of $ i spent, you can get just as good if not better growth and size off test, with a 19nor or tren, imo it is much over rated. I would say, if you are younger it is a waste of money, just stick to the basics, your not going to see anything overwhelming, plus you are producing enough igf. Now if you are older (40 +) i can see a benefit.

No welts since week 6 or so.

                        Skin is looking different/nicer.

For overall size I agree, but for melting the fat away there is nothing better

                            Week 8

                            BF% seems to have decreased.

I just started some prop at 500 mg/week and some NPP at 300 mg/week.
