    will 250mg test/week be enough to spare muscle while on t3?

    Yes that should be fine. I took t3 with only 100mg of test prop and 50mg of winny 3 times a week and didn't lose muscle.

        ill be ramping from 25 to 75 and back down over 5 weeks

          You should be alright, just don't overdue the cardio and keep the protein and good carbs up.

              Totally fine. The only question from me is, do you bloat on test? If you do even a little it might mess with the leanness a little. But, then again, if you keep your salt intake down you should hold less water.
              I used to have superhuman powers....until my therapist took them away.

                i do bloat a little but im goign to run the t3 during the cruise faze of the cycle and then go lean mass as soon as the t3 cycle ends
