LOW CARB.. HIGH PROTINE. LOTS OF WATER..
ALSO WE TAKE A WATER PILL THE DAY AFTER THE CYCLE AS
YOU DO TEND TO RETAIN FLUIDS ON DNP.. ATLEAST WE DID.
I WILL SEE IF I CAN CLIP SOME OF MAMA'S POSTS AT LOI
AND PASTE THEM HERE.. SHE DOES HAVE ALOT OF EXPERTISE
ON THE SUBJECT.

Ok one cap this morning sweating my ass off. This time around I dont feel as crappy for some reason, but i am still alive and kicking tomorrow im going to up the dose.

Yet another restless night, not because of this dangerous compound. Because laura is a ***** and i cant stand her. Has there ever been a study of being depressed while on DNP? I think the whole situation with her feels worse then it normally would. Anyway I have take 1 cap today im going to bump it to 3 caps for the rest of the week ill take some pictures

after 72 hours take an otc water pill but not lasix or diazide nor aldactone

ok last night was HOT! lets just say i slept out on the porch in my underwear with a sheet over me .It was like 40. I was perfectly comfortable lol.same plan today 3 caps i dont really have anyone to spend with on thanksgiving so the sweat doesnt matter burn baby burn
