i'm going to get a hernia out next week and i was wondering what you guys thought on doing a small dose of igf1 lr3? only to help to healing process.
i'm running tren and prop at 50mg ed and will continue to do use prop and tren but at 50mg both every 2 days with hcg 1000ius week. i'm estimating to be out of the gym 4 weeks and after that i'll be in for light cardio.

I realy weight 135lbs and never used a dumbell in my life.
so you're going to be out of the gym and still poking? i'd say the igf would do nothing but help, imo. run it at about 40-60mcg/day for 4 or 5 weeks split into 2 doses, i'd think it would help for sure in healing and also in keeping what gains you've made thus far.
Hey, I never saw a skinny bodybuilder before - eat away!
