Do you guys that run igf ever spot check your insulin levels? Would you worry about taking the Igf if you have sparatic Diabetes in your family? Just curious.

it will last about one year after being mixed at room temp. Extreme temp changes will screw it up, but its fine for about 8-12 months. And yes check your blood. I have the same condition in my family.....I have used slin before and checked mine about every week. If you have major problems you'll know right away!I'm a Muscle Farmer....This years Crop is gunna be awesome.
