should help with repartitioning somewhat, i always use r-ALA with slinI eat at least 6 times a day to build my body

I thought they did the same thing sort of, helping shuttle carbs into muscles instead of storage? Didn't remember the repartitioning effect of ALA though, maybe I'll start taking a cap or 2 with my post-slin shake. Thanks pro, you should be a pro
