Anyone do it and like it? I've always been naturally low BF, highest ever is currently at 12-13%. Never taken into consideration of doing cytomel untill recently, Think it would be beneficial for someone with my body type? I would just run 6 weeks straight at 12.5mcg ED. Current stats: 5'9, 210 12-13% bf. BF is normally around 10%. I'm on one of those great "See and Eat" diets right now, hence the higher BF.

T3 works through proteloytic pathways.
T3 will both INCREASE protein turnover and protein degradation.
(At the same time as the burning of fats and carbs(glucose))
Now, if you use T3 w/o gear...it is a recipe for DISASTER.
Why?
Simple. Your body can only process so much protein naturally.
T3 increases protein degradation FAR MORE than your bodies ability to manufactire protein from ingested amino cids.
Now, if you add gear its a different story:
You ENHANCE your bodies ability to sunthesize protein from amino acids(You increase protein Synthesis rates), and also greatly reduce protein degradation via cortisone reduction.
In essence, w/gear you take advantage of T3's increase of the POSSIBLE daily protein turnover b/c gear increases your bodies ability to synthesize protein from the amino acids you consume.I eat at least 6 times a day to build my body

not much to add except that i'm liveing prof that with out juice t-3 will make you loose wayyyy to much weight. 2 weeks in and only ramped up to about 70mcg's a day and i already lost about 6lbs, and not just fat alot had to be muscle so i stared my cycle eairly and everythings good now still looseing weight but at a much slower rate and seeing good muscle growth. only advice is diffently take something while on t-3
