bros i got up to 5'11" 204# 17 % BF on my bulking cycle that ended in february i have dieted down to 186# my son broke my calipers but probably 11 or 12% bf. yeah i am skinny now but look pretty cut but i still have a little gut it is rock solid and there just isnt much fat there. will cutting help this if there isnt much to burn off or should i just start bulking again? i want a flat stomach is this caused by the massive amounts of food i gorge on or is it "roid belly" but i am not on cycle?

Fat on my lower abs is always the last to go. I would go ahead and cut, most guys with awesome abs dont even do any ab exercises, its all about bf%. Get under 10%, and youll see them. Try a moderate cutting cycle, not too drastic, and maybe use some Yohimburn DF, if it doesnt work to mobilize fat, it will at least work visually. When i cut carbs down to low moderate (100-150g) and up the fat, I drop a nice amount of water, and on my off days when i eat a little less than 100g of carbs, my abs are nice and ripped up. If your losing muscle, than youll need to alter your diet a bit. What kind of diet did you run to get down to current weight?I eat at least 6 times a day to build my body

i do cardio once a week and just the bike for 20 minutes so i dont get tired walking in from the parking lot at work. i still want to get into the single digits on bf. but i want to be 200# with a low bf. i am thinking of doin a cycle like this:
eq 400 mg week 1-16
enanthate 400 mg week 1-12
prop 150 mg eod 12-16
winstrol 50 mg ed 13-18
just eat tons of clean calories until i start the prop then cut calories by 1000 and and cardio 3 X aweek and finish the cycle real lean and hard.
