    just wanted to know what u guys thinks of this. My regular sleeping scedule is 10pm -5:30am. Lately ive been setting my alarm for 3:30am and poping 40mcg of clen then go back to sleep. When i wake up at 5:30 my heart is racing but i still can sleep. Sometimes i do morning cardio when i get up.
    Keep in mind even though i have weird dreams and sleep weird i feel good and rested. Do u think its giving my metabolism a good jolt in the morning? Ive only been doing for 4 days and feeling a bit leaner. thanks

    Clen has a long enough half life, take it before bed, then when you get up in the morning. That should be sufficient.

        i have some insane and extremely vivid dreams...

        its weird how it effects everyone differently ..my buddy perfers eca over clen because ther clen strings him out so much, but for me its the opposite.

          Yeah, I know what u mean bro, I was on clen a while back too. I wold sweat tons at nights couldnt sleep for shit. The dreams were horrible for me, I would even see things in my mind like ghosts and shit like that butwhile on was on Clen.

              try clen with some ketofein(sp?) before bed, shoudl make you sleepy

                Ketotifen... also prolongs the usable time of clen, prevents the fat-burning effect from wearing off as quickly. Good stuff to use in combo with clen.

                      *** You've brought up a interesting point. I'm going to be doing this with my EC and Clen/Keto Caffine mix. The only problem I would see other then messing up and being unable to fall back asleep is the downregulation of the beta-2 receptors.

                      Generally it's accepted that 20 days is the maximum time period one should stay on clen because of it's desensitizing effect on the beta-2 receptors. Since you'll be taking it through out the day and night I would speculate that you won't be able to stay on it as long as the typical 15-20 day period.

                      I'm saying this because I'm assuming that the down regulation of the specific receptor is dose dependant.

                      Any input would be helpful.

                        I pm'd it to you, with the ketofein, you dont have to run it 2 weeks on, 2 off. Id make a 6 week run at it.

                            Ketofein will keep your beta-2 receptors from downregulating, enhancing fat burning, and allowing you to run it for longer periods of time
