just wanted to know what u guys thinks of this. My regular sleeping scedule is 10pm -5:30am. Lately ive been setting my alarm for 3:30am and poping 40mcg of clen then go back to sleep. When i wake up at 5:30 my heart is racing but i still can sleep. Sometimes i do morning cardio when i get up.
Keep in mind even though i have weird dreams and sleep weird i feel good and rested. Do u think its giving my metabolism a good jolt in the morning? Ive only been doing for 4 days and feeling a bit leaner. thanks
