I figure my fina is about 77-79ml/mg and i have been running 1 ml a day. How long should i run it for? How long can i run it and continue to get gains?

The longer you run it the better it gets. but unless your taking extreme precautions to protect your kidneys (keeping bp down, and a shitload of water) I wouldn't go more than 10 weeks.What we need is more people who specialize in the impossible
