in the glute of all places. word to the wise, always aspirate even in the glutes. chances of hitting a vein in the glutes is slim but regardless, the chance is still there.

I went through one last night, my girl was grossed out because I had like 6 alcohol pads that were soaked with blood, I though it was cool but I guess I am weird.

if you shoot in a vein the gear is main lined and you lose it, you will probably get light headed and might pass out. hell you could even die from it so be careful. if you pass through a vein but are not in it then don't worry about it, just shoot the gear pull out and apply pressure to stop the bleeding, no big deal.
