    Im 23 years old 6'2 219 lbs 14% bodyfat lifting 2-3 times a week for last 4 years.

    wk1-10 sustanon 250. 1cc 2 X week (mon,thurs)
    start clomid cycle 3 wks after last sust injection 300mgs day1 next 10days 100mgs, next 10 days 50 mgs.

    How many calories should I be eating while on this cycle?? I have been adding more to get ready for my 1st cycle.

    Looks fine, very nice and simple. You have nolva on hand in case of gyno too? Just eat more than you need, and you'll grow. I'd shoot for at least 4000, and up it if you stop growing. Remember sust takes several weeks to kick in fully, so either wait it out, or use dbol or something short-acting to jump it off if ya want. Looks good though, that was my first cycle minus the dbol

      Hey man...that looks like a good cycle. Some people are gonna come on and tell you to add Dbol for the first four weeks, and/or Deca at 300mg/week for those 10 weeks. But it is DEFINATELY not needed! A test only cycle at 500mg/week is GREAT for a first cycle. You should slowly bump your calories up to about 4500 - 5000 calories/day. Eat right, train smart, get lots of rest, and GROW!! Good luck dude, and welcome to the dark side

          If you already have not bought the sust, ,I would opt for cyp or enanthate.

            2-3 times a week? I would get a split of at least 4-5 days in there.

              I am going to start working our 5 times a week. I just need to plan my meals for bulking up so I get the most out of my cycle. any suggestions on a 6 meal diet. I am going to try to consume 4000 to 5000 calories and 350-400g of protein. Thanks for the help

                bro just eat lie a machine anytihn and everythign thats decent tons of fish tuna salmon talpaia whatever... chicken out the ass and rice and greens get sum rice cakes and shit liek that too yogurt for snacks bananas all that shit amn sjut eat and eat u'll be fine!
