  • For Joints...Deca, Equipose, or Both?

I have problems with my joints and last year used Deca in every cycle to help with the pain. My next cycle was to be 750 MG of Test Enanthate along with 600 MG of Equipose weekly. But my joints are starting to bother me somewhat and I am thinking of throwing Deca in this next cycle. I already have the Test and Equipose but was curious as to how to add the Deca. Should I use a combination of Deca and Equipose, leave the proposed cycle as is BUT add 200-400 mg of Deca, or simply save the Equipose and use Deca in its place?

I am 42 years old and this will be my 5th cycle.

    Thanks,

    Farrar

I've heard great things about the test, eq, deca stack.

    Why not do something like:
    750 test
    400 Deca
    400 Eq

      Thanks for the idea.

I'll play around the dosages some. My Deca would be 300MG/Ml by QV.

      Thanks Again!

If you JUST want the joint-lube effect, 200mg/week should do it. For more anabolic effect, 400 of both sounds nice

Yes, I was just wanting to lube the joints so I may just add 300mg per week as my QV Deca is 300mg/ml.

          Thanks bro,

Before you add the deca try glucosamine or msm (methylsuphonylmethane) gel for your joints. Lots of people have benefited from these.

I have been taking 1500mg of glucosamine, chondroitin, and MSM daily for the last 8 months with no improvement but thanks for the thought.
