alright i got all my gear now this is my next cycle

week 1- ? 600 mg week qv test cyp
week 1-15 400 mg week deca
20 mg ed nolvadex

gonna take two shots mon and thursday 300 cyp and 200 deca

now i didnt get my dbol to use at the beginning how bad is this or is it even bad?
have gyno problems so should i up the nolvadex daily?

...I am unsure of your cycle history but I think that this looks good. [a little long for me, due to test recovery, but Im a rookie]
If you are prone to gyno make sure to take the 20mgs DAILY.....make sure you have enough on hand to increase the dosage if signs of gyno appear.....

I am usure 34pumped but do you have gyno currenty???

You know I can't tell you about any anti's since I've never used any however I will say that the d-bol would be great at the start of any cycle, but it wont hurt you not to have it. I would take the nolva for any gyno though, or maybe some liquidex for the bloat you might get..that will also prevent the gyno with help from water bloat

I think you could make some great gains with 400 test combined with 400 deca...

Your first cycle was just cyp @ 400, right? Deca is an awesome muscle builder. With the addition of 400mg deca, I think you'd be quite happy with your results.

As for the D Bol, I'm not really an advocate of using it to 'jump-start a cycle'. I think the net result would be about the same whether it was included or not.

What kind of deca are you gonna use? Just curious. The dbol is a personal thing but I would (at least at a respectable dosage). You seem to be running it longer, is there a reason?

I would add liquidex to the cycle.. As for the nolvadex you could still use it... I always keep around 100tabs on hand. But the liquidex to me would fit in much better for this cycle.
