  • Joint pain!?!?!?!

    Hey guys what do you do for bad joint pain during a cycle? My left shoulder is killing me when I do my delts and squats. Basicaly when ever I put any wieght on that joint it hurts like hell for a few hours after my workout. I have to cut my workout short sometimes because it hurts so bad..

      that sounds like it could be more serious than just joint pain. If it doesn't get better you should see a doc.

        Agreed. That sounds a bit more than joint pain and i have done my share of "too much winny" cycles. Get that checked and in the mean time, follow what YJ suggests in his link. I take 3000 mgs of glucosamine+chrondoitin pill a day while on winny. 1000 while off.

          do you flat bench? i had horrible pain in my right shoulder and a bit in my elbows. i quit flat benching and took 2 weeks off and i feel good as new now...
          The burden of originality is one that most people don't want to accept. They'd rather sit in front of the TV and let that tell them what they are suppose to like, what they're suppose to buy, and what they're suppose to laugh at. You have Beavis and Butthead telling you what music you're allowed to like and not like, and you've got sitcoms that have canned laughter that lets you know when to laugh if you're too stupid to know when the joke is. People are too lazy and too stupid to think for themselves because America has raised them that way.

            Ya, I had the same problem a few months ago. Turned out I had torn my rotator cuff. I'd get it checked out just to be safe.

              Today I was doing inclined bench, but this happens no matter what I do if I put a lot of weight on that shoulder. What really pisses me off is my left side needs more work then my right side already!!!

                take some time off and get to the doc. your body is telling you that something is wrong. don't ignore it.
