    My cycle that will start 1/7

    Weeks 1-10: Test 500mg
    Weeks 11-15: Test 750mg
    Proviron All weeks 25mg ED
    every 5 days for 10 weeks: Deca 300 or 400mg per week, probably 200mg

    orals:
    Weeks 1-3: Dbol 40mg ED
    Weeks 7-9: anadrol 50mg ED
    Weeks 13-17: Winny 50mg ED(tabs)

    Slin only post workout
    Week 2: 2-4-6-8-8iu
    Week 3: 8-10-10-10-10
    Week 4: 10-10-10-10

    Week 8: 4-6-8-10-10
    Week 9: 8-10-10-10
    Week 10: 8-10-10-10-10

    Week 15: 6-8-10-10-10
    Week 16: 8-10-10-10
    Week 17: 10-10-10-10


    I respond very quickly to dbol and I do not think I need more than 21days on orals, then off for same time and then back on something else.

    I've never tried deca, and this cycle is for mass so I thought what the heck. I've tried EQ but it doesn't give me much more than anxiety and it allows me to eat more without the fatgain, but I do not care that much about the fatgain. Can't and will not do fina due to the frequent injections and I can't do that and will not. I do not like it either, dries me up too much


    Diet: About 1000cals over to start with, probably a diet of %: 40p/40c/20f

    Post workout when on slin:
    dextros 7-8g per iu
    10g creatin and 10g L-glutamin
    and 50g protein Whey Isolate

    Post cycle I will use Nolvadex + HCG

        looks planned but also looks like a lot of orals and stress on the liver... why not drop the anadrol and go with tren along with the winny? just a thought.

                    upps forgot the arimidex 0.5mg ED

                    Goals:

                    3" for legs
                    2-3" arms
                    2" chest
                    BW: +20lb SOLID muscle...

                    Also Alpha Lipoic Acid

                    If I have afford, and can get my hands on it, I will probably run EQ the entire cycle, or atleast 12 last weeks.

                    I havn't decided what kind of test, there are SOOOOOO many fakes out there right now, might go with testex.

                    The orals I know are a few, but I'm a big beleever in short spurts when it comes to orals, my body blows up pretty fast if I do some miner changes. So I think 3 weeks on and then 3 weeks of with orals will do fine.

                    I will get Liv52 and also do more reasearch on the area grape seed and black pepper extract for better absorbtion.

                    I will probably not run Clomid post, but instead HCG and Nolvadex. HCG works so freaking good on me, it's almost sick. Right now I'm past 3 weeks since last injection and have been running HCG 500iu ED for about 9days and my nuts are really big, almost feels like they are bigger than ever! My sexdrive is way up.

                    I will do cardio and eat clean, but take more focus in omega3 fatty acids, salmon and so on for this next cycle.

                    I might wait until august or sept before I start and If I get even more test I will probably ruin it until jan1, it all depends and I can't decide right now.

                    do you think I should do 200mg Deca on mon and thu or just do 200mg every 5 days?

                    The proviron at 25mg is mainly for the SHBG, but also to help me with keeping fat away from estrogen.

                        jepp I know but one must have a goal right..

                        My workout plan will look like this:
                        (I have tried workoing out less and for longer time each session but I like shoirt ones like this).

                        Mon:
                        Chest, Biceps

                        Tue:
                        Front Legs, trapz, calfs

                        Wedn:
                        Back, Triceps

                        Thu:
                        Back legs(SLDL, legcurls), ABS

                        Fri: Shoulders, Triceps, Biceps

                        No more than 30-40min per session

                        Next week:

                        Mon: Legs both front and back legs

                        Tue: chest, shoulders

                        Wedn: OFF

                        Thu: Back, trapz

                        Fri: Biceps light, Triceps Heavy, Calfs

                        Sun: Chest, Upper/mid-back

                        Mon: OFF

                        Tue: Legs, shoulders

                        Wedn: OFF

                        Thu: Lower back Back, Trapz, ABS, Calfs

                        Fri: OFF

                        Sat: Biceps, Triceps

                        SUN: OFF

                        Mon: Legs low reps, lower back, calfs
                        Tue: upper/mid back, chest
                        Wedn: OFF
                        Thu: Legs high reps, shoulders
                        Fri: Biceps, triceps, light chest
                        Sat: OFF
                        Sun: OFF

                        I respond very very well to change and If I keep sessions at 35 minutes each when I workout 5 days per week and a bit longer sessions when going down to 4 or 3, I think and know I wont have any hard time with overtraining.

                              The thing is I do think the EQ I'v done before have been very very underdosed, so If I can get my hands on some good EQ(200mg/ml) I will go for it
