    Seem on track, if you dont see any progress in weeks 5 or 6, then we need to address what could be the cause.

      ...if you're gaining weight, you are consuming more calories than you are exerting. So, IMO, if you want to lose weight faster, drop the carbs lower. Then, for one day a week on your heaviest day (ie legs, back or chest) do a carb up day. This throws you body a curveball so it doesn't get use to the low carbs. Add 50-100g of carbs.

      I don't mind the weight gain currently....I am droping BF and that is what is important to me....I agree with you and I have dropped my carbs to the lowest Ive had them my entire life....and thx for the tip I will do that if need be

        I donno guys.... I was looking in the mirror today and I fucken look like I grew over the last two days.....viens across the chest [when I flex] getting ALOT LEANER....feel like a ROCK.... i think this shit is kicking in

          that feeling is def the shit kickin' in. I love that feeling. Anyway, if you can't go zero carb, what you have seems to be working. You can tell more by the mirror than the weight scale anyway, i find. And remember you can only lose so much fat per week without sacrficing muscle (I believe the limit is around 1.5-2 pounds per week, but don't quote me on that) You seem to be on pace.

          When do you do your cardio? Early morning on empty stomach will burn a higher percentage of fat than when your body has some food in it.

            I do my cardio either post workout or later on at night....I know it would be better to do it on an empty stomach in the morning but that is undoable for me......If you look back over my current cycle I have not lost a pound.....I belive I have defenetly lost BF and I belive I have gained muscle...so if this keeps up....man IM GONNA BE SHREDDED within a month!

            My cardio has been slacking for the last 2 weeks [out of my control....only did 3X 25min heart rate 130-140 last week and will have to go sat sun to make it 3X this week ....otherwise, things are really commin together for me though

              hey Bro hope I am not to late to chime in..... What I read looks good.... Do your cardio in the morning......What sups are you using??? YOu need some L-Caritine- take 2g and a non-ephedrine fat burner and hit the cardio....... If you don't mind the muscle loss hit it hard, but it you want to keep what ya got and I think ya do take it slow and easyIMO...... That is part of what I am doing right now, a bit more gear and my bw x 12 for cal..... Your getting there bro remember its a marathon... good luck... Don't gain it all back boozin on vacation

                thx brotha.....thx for the advise and support....about the L-carnitine...its illigal in Canada...but Im sure I can find it....could you explain to me what it does?

                  L carnitine is an amino acid involved it fat transport and when it is deficient over weight people have difficuly getting into ketosis. Carnitine's primary role is in Heart Disease where it corrects a common type of cardiomyopathy, helps stabilize heart rythym lower triglycerides and increases HDL cholesterol. It is also a nutrient essntial for transport of fatty acids. Dosages between 1000 and 2000 mg daily.

                      May 21 [week 4 update]

                      Weight 170lbs

                      Waist 31.2
                      Left Arm [cold] 13.8"
                      Right Arm [cold] 13.2"
                      Chest 40"
                      Sholders 48.5"
                      Thights 21.8"
                      Calves 14"

                      Now my weight is unchanged for the this cycle except 5lbs the first week?????....This is a cutting cycle and thus far I am fairly please with the result....if only the lil'jelly belly would go I would be satisfied....

                      Im in a rush right now so Ill finish the update later tonight...just wanted to throw the measurments down for now!!!

                          Ok guys,


                          As I have stated above thus far I am fairly please with results.....I belive I am at approx 10-12%Bf and REALLY wanna drop below 10% within the next three weeks....[CUBA TIME]

                          Since I added the daily salmon [omega 3 fatty acits] I have noticed that I have droped some additional bf.....My cardio has been down to approx 2-3 per week 45min each time, with heart rate at 120-130.

                          My strenth is really going thru the roof.....as you can see my measurments have not really changed too much Exept for the waist [ which at the begining of march was 36" ]

                          anyways...nothing really else to report except I feel REALLY ReALLY great






                          Oh I have gotten like 5 zits on my sholder/back [I NEVER GET ZITS] Im gonna go now and try tanning them away

                              L-Carnitine is garbage...but Acetyl-L-Carnitine is NOT.

                              5g oral/day or 1g SUb-Q will protect your heart from AAS cardiomyopathy, and will help lower triglycerides.

                              The HDL Cholesterol is not true. Well, depends on the AAS...definately not Fina....lol
