      I have slight heart palputations and cannot take theromgenics and I do not want short term results by EATING ZERO carbs...........Please guys there are a lot of questions that I have in this journal I know its hard to read but please read what I have posted and tell me your opinions/advises

          I threw in 50g of carbs post workout, but if thats too little, try 1/2 cup of oatmeal at breakfast then

            Didn't want to take the time to add up your total calories.

            Do you know what your total calories are?

            You could go with 40/40/20 , yet keep your calories low. Due to AS you should lose fat, not muscle. Based on your size, you can try 170 g prot, 170 g carb, 30 g fat = 1630 calories. If you do this, only do minimal cardio and lift as heavy as you can. If this will work for you, you should see significant results in a week.

            Personally I can't drop bf unless I'm below 2k cal's.

                  Weight 170lbs

                  Waist 31.6"
                  R.A [cold] 13.4"
                  L.A [cold] 13.7"
                  Chest 40.5"
                  Sholders 48"
                  Thights 22"
                  Calves 14"

                  Ok guys I know you may look at my weight and say .."3 weeks no gains???" well the reason is I think I have troped at least 1-2% Bf... my strenth has defenetly increased....

                  example

                  incline dumbell from 70lbs 6reps to 80lbs 6reps in 3 weeks! I could give more examples but only if someone gives a shit....

                  I dono I defenetly feel different!

                  My diet is on par...however due to some problems I have only managed cardio 3 times a week times a week by next week.....

                  I love it slowly but surely shits commin together

                  Oh and I took a couple of pics yesterday I guess I will post them along with the update pics in early june....and then Ill post my cuba pics when I come back around june 24

                  Looking back the over the last 3 week measurments what do you guys think so far [remember this is a cutting cycle]

                      well I dono about pumped do bis on monday tris tommorow but flexing they are

                      L.A [flexing] 14.8"
                      R.A [flexing] 14.6"

                      I know they sound small on paper but they are very proportioned to my body....and my freinds think I lie about the size .... they think that my arms are 16"

                        I wouldnt worry too much about gains, sustanon will build up, and weeks 5 and 6, you should start adding some lean mass, although, im not sure if your diet will allow too much mass

                            Seem on track, if you dont see any progress in weeks 5 or 6, then we need to address what could be the cause.

                                Ok, I'm going to throw my $0.02 in here. You should be very happy with increasing your weight AND dropping body fat. My last cutting cycle was 12 weeks and went from 210 to 185 and I lost A LOT of strength (I'm natural, for now). The results are in my avatar.

                                HOWEVER...if you're gaining weight, you are consuming more calories than you are exerting. So, IMO, if you want to lose weight faster, drop the carbs lower. Then, for one day a week on your heaviest day (ie legs, back or chest) do a carb up day. This throws you body a curveball so it doesn't get use to the low carbs. Add 50-100g of carbs.

                                That's what I'd do.....
