    YESSSS my second cycle began APRIL 23, 2003

    wk 1-8 sustanon 250mgs every 4 days
    wk 8-13 sustanon 250mgs every 5days
    wk 1-17 Tamox 10mgs every day/till post cycle

    I will be using tamox as my post cycle recov....



    ....I just took a shoot of sustanon 250mgs....everything went smooth...[glute shoot]

    I will weight myself at the gym tonight when I go and post the rest of my current stats...

    I know im small but I expect good gains in the next couple of months..

      April 26-

      the caloric intake is going good...that post was a "just in case I get bigger than I like" post...

      here is a couple of examples over the last few days

      :smiliecol

      - Oatmeal [half water half skim milk
      Protein shake [42g]

      - 100g sirloin steak
      1/2 cup corn
      1 banana

      - grapefruit
      1 can of tuna

      -triple chicken salad [subway...no dressing, letuce,pepers,hot peppers, black peppers]

      -protein shake

      -Oatmeal [same as above]

      -1 1/2 chicken breast [boiled in water]
      1/2 cup corn

      -protein shake [42g]
      banana

      -triple chicken salad [same as above]

      -1 can of tuna

      :smiliecol

      Some days more some days less trying to keep at around 2000-2400cal a day

        I took my second shoot today I want to keep this cycle journal update to once a week. However, today when I took my shoot [I most def. asperateted] and pulled out the niddle a lil blood followed..... ..... I obvioiusly licked it up... question is : does any of the juice come out with the blood??

          May 1-

          My weight yesterday was 170.5 lbs

          Waist- 32"
          Chest- 41"
          Sholders- 47"
          Left Arm [cold]- 13.5"
          Right Arm [cold] 13.2"
          Thight- 22"
          calves 14"

          I have not yet taken my shot of sust today....but will post if there is any problems

          I do not feel any difference yet....just mental....the only thing that might be happening is my face is getting much hotter [blood pressure I guess]

            I will do my weekly stat update on Wed....but just another Newbie question.......I can't fall asleep...Is it from the test?? if so why....Its 6am gonna have to stay up all day now.......lets get some advise please


            One little update on the cutting cycle I have noticed that I am constantly hot and sweaty...well actually not always more like hot flashes.....fuck Im only doin 250mgs every 4 days and Im FREAKIN OUT HERE GUYS

            I need some opinions

            P.S. My diet has change over the last little bit....much lower carbs and more protien Ill post some examples if anyone is interested

                May 7 [2 week update]

                Weight 170lbs

                Waist 32.2"
                R.A [cold] 13.5"
                L.A [cold] 13.2"
                Chest 41.1"
                Sholders 47.5"

                calves 14"

                My measurements have not really changes since the start of the cycle.... I guess they fluctuate depending on where I measure [I try to keep them as accurate as possible...

                Now for the cycle update I have not really noted any physical changes….my muscles look a little more hard and although the waist measurement went up .2” I feel like I have lost a little bf%…..

                I am not a believer in roid rages…[they are in your head, IMO]….but I believe I may be getting a little bit of a shorter temper….

                Well that’s the 2 week update hopefully the next update I will be able to report some changes…

                  I also wanted to post an update of my diet and below are the last couple of days of Cal intake

                  -Oatmeal [with skim milk]

                  -42g Low Carb Protein shake

                  -1 chicken breast [baked, nothing added]
                  1 small yam [baked, nothing added]

                  -42g Low Carb Protein Shake

                  -1/2 cup Green beans [microwaved]
                  7 egg whites

                  -1 can of tuna/lemon
                  1/2 cup green beans

                  -Oatmeal

                  -1 chicken breast
                  1 small yam
                  1/2 cup green beans

                  -42g Low carb protein shake

                  -1 can tuna/lemon
                  1/2 cup green beans

                  -1 can tuna/lemon
                  2 p of broccoli

                  -42g Low Carb Protein shake
                  Manderin Chicken salad [at Wendys no dressing...1.5 packeds of viniger]

                  -1 can tuna/lemon
                  2 broccoli



                  Ok guys here is an example from the last two days....REMEMBER MY GOAL [CUTTING DIET] am I eating too much? I feel as I am for some fucked up reason.....and I have change the Carb, Fat, Protein composition of my diet since the begininning of the month if you can notice....anyways any productive imput welcome

                    If you truly want to cut, you need a big change up, thjis should spare muscle mass, yet allow fat to melt off. Cals may actually be a little higher than currently but we need to get rid of those carbs.

                    Meal 1
                    4 eggs, 6 whites

                    Meal 2
                    1.5 chicken breasts
                    1/2 TB flax
                    green beans

                    MEal 3
                    shake

                    Meal 4 (whenever post workout)
                    40-50g whey isolate
                    50g malodextrin

                    Meal 5
                    1.5 cans tuna
                    1/2 TB flax
                    green beans

                    Meal 6
                    shake + 2 TB NAtty PB

                    Meal 7
                    same as meal 5
                    I eat at least 6 times a day to build my body
                    I pray at least 6 times a day to build my soul

                      Remeber a calorie is a calorie is true if your trying to "lose weight"
                      but if your trying to keep muscle, we throw this out the window

                        So you really belive that my Carbs are still to high?? I have no problem altering my diet but I want to avoid the NO CARB diet..... I AM GOING TO CUBA IN A MONTH AND I LOOK LIKE SHIT.Need to trop 2+bf% points.......................anyways prolangtum I really need to pick up some of that Flaxseed oil....but without carbs I do not function....

                        Now I know you love SHOVING your opinion down my throat:2gunsfiri ....but again by avoiding the NO CARB diet is mine that bad?? or do I trully need to alter it!

                        give as much insight on why you have your position as possible

                            You have carbs post workout, im sure you dont look like shit, but, this should make you look a lot better, try a good ECA or NYC to help with energy. First few days will be tough, but you get trhough it much easier after the first 3-4 days

                              I can't do the extremely low carb thing either. I lose too much strength. Try keeping it around 100g a day, and do some cardio. I may go up to 150g on workout days. I lose weight great this way, and I don't feel like complete shit.
