I took my second shoot today I want to keep this cycle journal update to once a week. However, today when I took my shoot [I most def. asperateted] and pulled out the niddle a lil blood followed..... ..... I obvioiusly licked it up... question is : does any of the juice come out with the blood??
I will do my weekly stat update on Wed....but just another Newbie question.......I can't fall asleep...Is it from the test?? if so why....Its 6am gonna have to stay up all day now.......lets get some advise please
One little update on the cutting cycle I have noticed that I am constantly hot and sweaty...well actually not always more like hot flashes.....fuck Im only doin 250mgs every 4 days and Im FREAKIN OUT HERE GUYS

My measurements have not really changes since the start of the cycle.... I guess they fluctuate depending on where I measure [I try to keep them as accurate as possible...
Now for the cycle update I have not really noted any physical changes….my muscles look a little more hard and although the waist measurement went up .2” I feel like I have lost a little bf%…..
I am not a believer in roid rages…[they are in your head, IMO]….but I believe I may be getting a little bit of a shorter temper….
Well that’s the 2 week update hopefully the next update I will be able to report some changes…
I also wanted to post an update of my diet and below are the last couple of days of Cal intake

Ok guys here is an example from the last two days....REMEMBER MY GOAL [CUTTING DIET] am I eating too much? I feel as I am for some fucked up reason.....and I have change the Carb, Fat, Protein composition of my diet since the begininning of the month if you can notice....anyways any productive imput welcome
If you truly want to cut, you need a big change up, thjis should spare muscle mass, yet allow fat to melt off. Cals may actually be a little higher than currently but we need to get rid of those carbs.
Meal 1
4 eggs, 6 whites
Meal 2
1.5 chicken breasts
1/2 TB flax
green beans
MEal 3
shake
Meal 4 (whenever post workout)
40-50g whey isolate
50g malodextrin
Meal 5
1.5 cans tuna
1/2 TB flax
green beans

shake + 2 TB NAtty PB

same as meal 5

So you really belive that my Carbs are still to high?? I have no problem altering my diet but I want to avoid the NO CARB diet..... I AM GOING TO CUBA IN A MONTH AND I LOOK LIKE SHIT.Need to trop 2+bf% points.......................anyways prolangtum I really need to pick up some of that Flaxseed oil....but without carbs I do not function....

You have carbs post workout, im sure you dont look like shit, but, this should make you look a lot better, try a good ECA or NYC to help with energy. First few days will be tough, but you get trhough it much easier after the first 3-4 days

I can't do the extremely low carb thing either. I lose too much strength. Try keeping it around 100g a day, and do some cardio. I may go up to 150g on workout days. I lose weight great this way, and I don't feel like complete shit.
