  • What can be done for excessive pumps?...Calves

WOOOO! I`ve had some major pumps in calves before-but this is way out there!
First off, Yes-I am on 50mg good D-bol ed and 100mg ed Fina(+ plenty of test),but going any further than the parking lot and my p*ssy hurts-Know what I mean. Hate to cry in front of small children and all.
Two points: one I`m trying to drop some BF with a few miles ed of brisk walking(OK,4-5 days a week).
Second other than the obvious(cutting back-stopping) is there anybody who knows how to deal with this, or at least relieve it some? I`m a Big boy and grinning and bearing it ain`t doin`in it. Any supps-timing of use-diet-ect give anyone any relief?
    Thanks Bro`s

I can go out when it`s sunny! I did finially buy some sun glasses.
Look cool in my pain, huh? I am afraid to cry out in public though. An old girlfriend might reconise me.

Any other solutions??? Oh, and what is an X-Trainer?

Do you get bad pumps or cramps??? The one thing that worked for me on calf cramps was taking a potassium tab a day. Those things are huge.... look like elephant pills but are very effective. Need a script for them.... I steal them from my grandmother lol

Massive pump-then cramping. Might be able to lay my hands on some postassium pills though. Good idea.

                They're great.
I'm trying to get the name of another one that will almost instantly stop the cramping (my grandma has them too) They look like big clomids and taste supper bitter but work fast and well....

                    Same here Double J.

Also try the Eliptical machine. I find it doesn't put the same stress on the calves. I have the exact same problem. I can't jog or run 1/2 mile or play Basketball without cramping like hell. The eliptical machine solved all that.

                      pumps

pumps are caused by increased water retention. cure = diuretics, but that's a dangerous game if you don't know what you're doing.

calf pumps on fina are terrible for me. The only thing I can use for cardio is the eliptical. Even then I have to concentrate on pushing with my heals to relieve pressure from the calves.

I just got back from playing tennis and my calves were ok but my lower back started cramping up to a point where I couldnt even bend to pick up a tennis ball. I had to quit after 30 minutes or so and my friends thought I was a lazy ass *****. Sucks!!!!!!

I`m glad not to be alone too.
My Gym where I`m at(Just moved back home after a couple years) Has a few machines in the "Machine" room. Away from the free weights ya know. I`ll have to see what they have. It`s a Small place thats kind of limited.
I`m soo Old School that I don`t know jacksh*t about "fitness equipment".
Is this a machine that resembles a kind of Skiing movement?
20 Yrs at a hardcore Gym has me behind.
                              Thanks Bro`s- DJ
