If you are having trouble staying logged in when navigating between forums/topics/etc., you need to reset your session cookie. Go into your browser and delete any cookie for the site them log back in. This should fix the login issue.
i think that for some people, doing it the way you are gives them a mental boost and maybe even a little additional placebo effect kind of. they get that little extra push pinning a bit before training as well as hitting the muscle being trained. i used to do that myself a little while back myself because i felt like it helped get the oil moved out of the area faster and more effectively. now i just rotate on my regular sched at the same time which usually is an hour or so pre workout as well
I can feel the muscle more that I am isolating regardless of pip. Side laterals is a good example because if I dont feel the side delts doing the work especially after pushing in some juice its time to put down the heavies, pick up the lights, and go back to basics training.
