    slow down yall .............those are my stats when I'm not doing a damn thing.........165 is when I'm 100% natural PLUS if I'm out of the gym.


    When I'm in the gym and I pick up better food habts (eating at least 3x's as much), I'm at 185 <---------that's the amount I plan on trying to break when I get into this next cycle If I ever break 185, I'm doing pretty damn good considering my lifestyle and genetics etc.

      I ran QV EQ at 400 for 10 weeks... i wish i had done 600 for 12-14

      every one is different though. you might have great results at 400.
      I'm Just an old chunk of Coal, But I'm gonna be a DIAMOND some day.
