.............those are my stats when I'm not doing a damn thing.........165 is when I'm 100% natural PLUS if I'm out of the gym.When I'm in the gym and I pick up better food habts (eating at least 3x's as much), I'm at 185 <---------that's the amount I plan on trying to break when I get into this next cycle
If I ever break 185, I'm doing pretty damn good considering my lifestyle and genetics etc.
