  • Are Do you have to put on mass to gain Strength?

    Well im looking to put on a little mass but i dont want to get fat and im noticing a little BF% gain from eating all this food. So my question is if i bulk will i gain more strength? Or can i run clen and eat matinence and see the same strength gains?
    Also will i keep those gains. It makes sense that more mass post cycle would equal more strenght kept but maybe im wrong...

    i hope this came out like a question

          Sure you can gain strength without gaining weight, just manipulate diet/training/drugs. Tren/var/winn/halo are good, or even test/ldex etc. Just keep cals at or below maintenance. You should increase strength while keeping weight stable, or keep strength while loosing fat, increaing your strength-weight ratio. Coo?

              Halo, or Var.

                halo and var are great for strength gains ...

                fina makes me gain a lot of mass while on it, while increasing my strength greatly ...

                with 100 mg/day of anavar i managed to put on some significant mass though ...

                  I know the feeling Josh cause i am eating like a cow and the strength gains are there but a little fat as well. Just cut the cals down somewhat and continue on. But as far as i can tell tren/Test would so wonders for adding strength and not adding tons of mass or Tren/Winny (will probably be my next cycle after this with prop)
