I have been cutting now for almost 8 weeks with an extremely low carb diet. 1/2C oats first thing in the morning and then 75g dextrose PW, that is it. I just added T3. Does T3 work well in a low carb envirnment, along with prop, EQ, and winny?
I read a thread on elite warning about using T3 in a low or no carb diet.
low carbs diet reduce T3 production, so adding T3 is great, but also many BB not using T3 on low carbs will eat a high carb cheat meal to boost the production of T3
Yeah, don't listen to em. The anabolics should prevent muscle loss, or at least keep it minimal. You'd loose muscle mass just as fast if you went on a good diet and lost the same amount of weight at the same rate naturally.
If you find yourself looseing strength, up the carbs a bit or back down on the T3 a bit...basically you're being too aggressive in your weight loss.
RIP BigJim33 & GearedUp: You are sorely missed my friends.
Hindsight is always 20/20. But looking back it's still a bit fuzzy.
