guys i was working out today and the unthinkable happened or so i think, i was benching, iam on week 4 of my cycle so strength has been going up a lotiam on fina test and eq, well i did 135, then 225 for 20 then 315 for 12 then right to 405 first rep was cake, but i got the pain as i tore something, i went down with 2 but not al the way and the pain was sharp like knife then went down for half of one on 3 easily getting these but pain was terrible now i sit at home left gym right away sharp pains in upper right side of right pec just outside the arm pit no bruising at all its been 3 hours but pain is pretty intense and scary to me, i have been doing over 405 for sometime so i dont know why on rep one this would have happened, i dont think i warmed up good, if i strained it pretty good how long shopuld i stay out of the gym which iam in the middle of this cycle or should i skip chest this week work everything else and see how it feels next week? any help guys thanks

go to the doc even with the pain going down fast and i have full range of moving with little pain just when i prsee i feel it good, its kinda feeling little better obviously strained, no bloood showing[={///////////////}------------
