Lookin' for advise for my first injection. I've practiced a few times on an orange, NOT the same as my thigh though. Is there a procedure, or a rule of ABC's to follow? I'm doing 250 deca & 300 test.

Yeah visit spotinjections. i studied the shit outta that page my first time. i was scared. actually had it up on the screen as the 23 guage 1 1/2 incher slid into my thigh.

1. use a different neddle to draw the jucie outta the vile
2. get rid of the air bubbles
3. make sure the shot area and your hands are clean
4. stick yourself
5. aspirate- pull back on the plunger a tad. if small air bubbles apear then disappear when you let go...then cool! proceed with the shot. if you see blood? pull out change the needle and start over.Comment
