clen and water?

i haven't read anything on clen having a strong diuretic effect so i assume it doesn't. I'll be running clen for the next 2 weeks and was wondering if its ok to run taraxatone or dandelion root to drop some water while on it.?

i know clen can make you dehydrated so either way drink a lot of water and keep potassium up

keep H2O intake high, it can and will dehydrate you

yes, but do drink plenty of h2o though, just be safe with it ok

yes watch out i get nasty cramps on clen, but i refuse to eat a banana b/c of the fructose making me soft, lol
