How much arimidex needed?

hey guys im running a test/eq/winny cycle

weeks 1-10 400mg of test cyp.
weeks 1-10 400mg of eq
weeks 8-13 50mg of winny(ed)

can i get away with .25 a-dex a day, then bump it up to .5 for weeks 8-10, when all three are at play.

Can i get away from bloat from this?

easily, no need to bump it up, winny does not aromatize, .25mg ed is plenty

IMHO you will hold little if not any bloat with this cycle, therefore making a-dex not worth taking. Now if you were doing a sust anadrol cycle than hell yeah you need .25mg ED, but IMO you dont even need a-dex with this cycle unless you were getting ready for a show and you had to cut all the water outta your system.
